Meet Dr. Patrick Ng-A-Fook (“Dr. Pat”)

Endodontist at Blue Line Dental

At Blue Line Dental, we are proud to have Dr. Patrick Ng-A-Fook—affectionately known by patients as “Dr. Pat”—as part of our multi-specialty team. Dr. Pat is a board-eligible endodontist who has earned a reputation in New York City for making root canal therapy and endodontic surgery both comfortable and stress-free. His calm, compassionate approach and clinical precision perfectly align with our office’s mission to redefine the dental experience.

Education & Advanced Training

Dr. Pat began his academic path at the State University of New York at Stony Brook, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Business and focused study in Biology. Inspired to combine science, skill, and patient care, he went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry.

Following graduation, Dr. Pat completed a competitive Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Callen Lorde Community Health Center, in affiliation with Lutheran Medical Center. His outstanding work led to an attending position, where he trained the next generation of dentists. Building on this foundation, Dr. Pat pursued specialty training in endodontics, earning his Certificate in Endodontics from Lutheran Medical Center. Today, he is highly experienced in both surgical and non-surgical endodontic procedures.

Professional Affiliations

Dr. Pat is a member of the American Association of Endodontists, the American Dental Association, and the New York Dental Association. He is also Board-Eligible with the American Board of Endodontics, reflecting his dedication to the highest standards of care.
